Working closely with operational partners, authorities, and the Yemen Red Crescent Society (YRCS), the position contributes to the delivery of humanitarian mine action interventions, including land release, Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE), victim assistance, emergency response, and capacity strengthening. <span>Background</span><br><br><p><span>The Liaison function plays a key role in facilitating and maintaining effective coordination and communication between NRC and relevant authorities and stakeholders. The function is responsible for managing sub-agreements and MoUs with authorities, ensuring timely submission of mandatory and ad hoc reports, and addressing issues related to agreements and reporting requirements.</span></p><br><p><span>The role also supports the development of constructive and professional relationships with government entities while ensuring full adherence to humanitarian principles and NRC policies.
