<p><span><span>The RRM Coordinator shall be responsible for coordinating the RRM response implemented by partners. The primary function of the RRM Coordinator will be to ensure quality implementation of the RRM. The mechanism prepositions and distributes emergency lifesaving commodities to populations affected by new crisis within 72 hours of trigger. <p><span><span>The purpose of the ICLA Officer– Yemen Amran Area/ Hodiedah Gov position is to ensure the qualitative implementation of NRC’s ICLA programme in targeted locations, while maintaining safe, inclusive, and accountable protection practices. <p>Mercy Corps has developed a Crisis Analysis function to support our programming in the most complex contexts, including Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Ukraine, and others. As a member of the Senior Management Team, the role will drive programme quality, strategic planning, fundraising and innovation while working closely with the Country Director, programme teams, technical advisors and external stakeholders. Your Responsibilities This role includes the following responsibilities. • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the country programme, supporting the development and implementation of Yemen s country strategy and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. • Oversee programme implementation and budget management, ensuring high-quality, timely and compliant delivery of projects in line with donor requirements and organizational standards. • Lead programme development and fundraising efforts, supporting the design of evidence-based, innovative and impactful proposals and interventions. • Strengthen MEAL, programme quality and risk management systems to ensure accountability, learning, compliance and continuous improvement across the portfolio. • Manage and develop programme teams while representing Relief International with donors, partners and coordination forums. This role includes regular travel within Yemen (approximately 50%).
