They will communicate any errors related to the data entry process, and the discrepancies between the aggregated data and the target for each area, in addition to the immediate reporting of technical and logical errors in data entry forms.</span></p><br>Main Responsibilities:<ul> <li><span>Data Accuracy Supervision: Oversee the data entry team to ensure the accurate translation of all project data from original documents to the data entry platform.</span></li> <li><span>Management of Sample Reception and Pre-Verification: Coordinate the flow of paper and digital field assessments, to ensure the verification of writing from clarity and completeness of the samples before distributing the samples for entry into the system.</span></li> <li><span>Workflow Improvement and Evaluation Rates: Monitor the outputs of individuals and the team to ensure a consistent daily evaluation rate, and proactively manage workloads to achieve goals and prevent the accumulation of unentered field data.</span></li> <li><span>Tracking and Organizing Record Flows: Create and maintain a centralized tracking system for completed physical and digital samples to ensure no records are skipped or lost or entered twice by the team. Ensure adequate level of fuel and minimum running conditions of the vehicle. Day to day maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle, checking oil, water, battery, tyre pressure and attendance to routine repairs. The project is funded by the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid (ECHO) and will be implemented from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027 in Aden, Lahj, and Taiz governorates.</span></p><br><p><span>The project targets 22,216 beneficiaries of boys, girls, women, and men (11,426 females and 10,790 males), and focuses on providing Child Protection and Education in Emergencies services through comprehensive programs designed to reduce the risks faced by children and enhance their access to safe and inclusive education. The project also aims to empower local communities and strengthen their capacity to protect children and respond to their basic needs in a safer and more stable <li>Ensure correct staff levels are maintained for tasks.</li>
<li>Identify staff that have potential for advancement and make recommendations to the OM.</li>

<li>Facilitate the recruitment of field-based staff in your field location.</li>
