<p>Support logistics contracting day-to-day activities following standard processes and contributing, directly or indirectly, to the effective delivery of food assistance to beneficiaries. Work closely with other logistics functions to understand the scope of the services required before issuing Request for Quotations (RFQs) Collect and analyze data related to the transport sector and undertake comprehensive logistics services market assessments in the country to recommend actions to the supervisor to improve performance of local logistics contracting operations. Conduct verification and validation of received data which also includes (site) visits to the transporters/logistics service providers yards/garages/offices. Carry out due diligence of the current WFP shortlisted/contracted and/or new logistics service providers. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and consolidate preliminary data analysis and prepare accurate and timely reports as and when required. Issue Request for Quotations (RFQ) as and when necessary to shortlisted companies, analyze offers and in conjunction with the relevant Logistics Officer, Head of Contracting and relevant parties. Submit contracting proposals to the Logistics Contract Committee (LCC) and prepare well drafted and explained minutes. Compile the quarterly Committee on Supply Chain (CSC) reports and in conjunction with the relevant Logistics Officer and Head of Contracting to have the reports submitted/cleared in a timely manner. Maintain a tally of contracting cases which will require submission to the CSC. In conjunction with the Operations Section of the Logistics Unit, ensure clear periodic allocation plans for any tariff system contracts are put in place. Similarly, periodic reports detailing any deviation from the initial allocation plan are completed. Establish and maintain good working relations with all shortlisted/contracted logistics service providers. Build service providers understanding of their contractual obligations (RFQ terms and conditions) and how WFP business process works. Analyze logistics service provider performance, in coordination with relevant logistics functions, against contractual terms, tariffs, allocation plans, capacity commitments, and escalate concerns to the Head of Contracting with proposed corrective actions Guide support staff, acting as a point of referral and supporting them with analysis and queries. <p>Mercy Corps has developed a Crisis Analysis function to support our programming in the most complex contexts, including Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Ukraine, and others. The Crisis Analysis supports Mercy Corps in-country programming as well as the wider humanitarian response in the region through the provision of quality, timely and relevant analytical products. This analysis is grounded in Mercy Corps position as an operational NGO, keeping our products constructive and relevant for humanitarian, early recovery, and development responders and donors within a given crisis.</p><p>The Lead Analyst will provide strategic analytical leadership for Mercy Corps Crisis Analysis work in Yemen. The consultant will lead the production of high-quality research and analytical outputs focused on Yemen's political economy, conflict dynamics, humanitarian context, governance, and climate-related risks. <p><strong>مكان العمل:</strong> صنعاء، اليمن (عمل ميداني ومكتبي)</p><p><strong>نوع التوظيف:</strong> دوام كامل</p><p><strong>موعد بدء العمل:</strong> اعتباراً من أكتوبر / نوفمبر 2026</p><p><strong>نبذة عن الوظيفة</strong></p><p>نبحث عن مسؤول مبيعات ميداني طموح ونشيط للانضمام إلى فريقنا في صنعاء اعتباراً من أكتوبر / نوفمبر 2026. المهمة الأساسية والجوهرية لهذا الدور هي جذب وجلب عملاء جدد للمنصة عبر النزول الميداني والزيارات المباشرة، مع القدرة على تنظيم العمل وإعداد التقارير ووضع خطط مبيعات واضحة. وبما أن المنتج الذي نقدّمه هو منصة برمجية، فإن الدور يتطلب إلماماً جيداً بالحاسوب والبرمجيات، وقدرة على عرض منتج تقني وشرحه بلغة بسيطة يفهمها التاجر. وبما أن هذا الشخص هو الواجهة الأولى والأساسية للشركة أمام الجمهور، فإنه يتطلب مستوى استثنائياً من اللباقة، الاحترافية، والقدرة العالية جداً على ضبط النفس والتعامل بصبر وابتسامة حتى في مواجهة الرفض أو المواقف الصعبة. علماً بأنه يشترط عند توقيع عقد العمل الالتزام بتوقيع اتفاقية الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات (عدم الإفصاح) واتفاقية عدم المنافسة</p><p> </p><p><strong>المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية</strong></p><p>جلب واستقطاب العملاء: البحث النشط عن العملاء المحتملين وتحديد الفرص البيعية الجديدة في السوق</p><p>الزيارات الميدانية المباشرة: القيام بزيارات ميدانية للعملاء المحتملين، وعرض خدمات المنصة وإقناعهم بالاشتراك</p><p>عرض المنتج البرمجي: تقديم عرض عملي مبسّط للمنصة على الحاسوب أو الهاتف أثناء الزيارة، وشرح مزاياها وباقاتها بما يناسب نشاط كل عميل</p><p>تحديد الأهداف والخطط: وضع أهداف مبيعات يومية وأسبوعية واضحة ومدروسة للوصول إلى أكبر قدر من العملاء المحتملين</p><p>إعداد التقارير والمتابعة: رفع تقارير دورية (يومية وأسبوعية) شاملة ودقيقة للإدارة باستخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Word و Excel)، توضح أداء المبيعات، ونسب الإنجاز، وملاحظات السوق</p><p>تمثيل الشركة بشكل احترافي: بناء الانطباع الأول المتميز عن الشركة، والالتزام التام باللباقة والهدوء، وضمان عدم إظهار أي رد فعل سلبي تحت أي ظرف من ظروف الرفض أو الفظاظة</p><p>التهيئة الأولية المبسطة: مساعدة العملاء الجدد في خطوات التسجيل والتهيئة الأولية البسيطة عند الحاجة للتأكد من تفعيل حساباتهم</p><p>التنسيق مع فريق الدعم الفني: حجز وترتيب مواعيد للعملاء مع فريق الدعم الفني في حال احتاج العميل إلى دعم متقدم أو جلسات تدريبية مكثفة وخاصة</p><p><strong>المؤهلات والشروط المطلوبة</strong></p><p><strong>مكان الإقامة:</strong> مقيم في مدينة صنعاء ولديه القدرة الكاملة على التنقل الميداني</p><p><strong>الخبرة والمهارات التنظيمية:</strong> خبرة سابقة في المبيعات الميدانية، وتجاوز عقبات الرفض، مع خبرة ممتازة في صياغة التقارير البيعية وإدارة الأهداف اليومية والأسبوعية</p><p>إجادة الحاسوب وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (شرط أساسي): إتقان Word و Excel و PowerPoint لإعداد التقارير والجداول والعروض التقديمية، والتعامل بكفاءة مع البريد الإلكتروني والإنترنت</p><p><strong>خبرة وتوجّه في بيع البرمجيات:</strong> خبرة سابقة في بيع البرمجيات أو الأنظمة أو الخدمات الرقمية (منصات إلكترونية، تطبيقات، أنظمة نقاط بيع، مواقع)، مع سرعة استيعاب المنتج التقني والقدرة على تبسيطه وشرح قيمته للتاجر</p><p> </p><p><strong>الصفات الشخصية والموقف (أولوية قصوى):</strong> امتلاك رغبة وشغف حقيقي لجلب العملاء، الصبر الشديد وقوة التحمل (لا يُقبل تماماً أي رد فعل سلبي)، ومهارات إقناع وتفاوض استثنائية</p><p><strong>الأمانة والطموح:</strong> أن يكون شخصاً جديراً بالثقة والأمانة، ولديه طموح حقيقي للتطور والتقدم في مسيرته المهنية</p><p><strong>المزايا والتعويضات</strong></p><p>راتب أساسي ثابت + حافز أداء يصل إلى 200% من الراتب الأساسي</p><p>حوافز ومكافآت عند تحقيق الأهداف البيعية المطلوبة (Target Bonus)</p><p> </p>
