WFP works with governments, communities, and partners to support progress toward Zero Hunger and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring that the most vulnerable populations can access food and other critical assistance in times of crisis and recovery. To deliver assistance safely, effectively, and accountably, WFP applies robust controls, assurance mechanisms, and operational standards across its programmes. This includes ensuring that beneficiary targeting, registration, verification, enrolment, entitlement delivery, and reconciliation processes are implemented in line with corporate policies and best practices. To support the effective delivery of this assistance, the Yemen Country Office (CO) requires dedicated Cash Based Transfers (CBT) and Identity Management (IDM) capacity to strengthen programme controls, delivery assurance mechanisms, and risk management processes across its operations. The CO s CBT-IDM team supports the implementation of corporate standards and best practices, review and enhance operational processes and internal controls, coordinate assurance activities, identify and mitigate operational risks, and work closely with the IDM & Delivery GHQ team, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the safe, efficient, accountable, and compliant delivery of cash-based and in-kind assistance. JOB PURPOSE: Leading a CBT-IDM team composed of 12 staff members, and reporting to the Head of Programme, the CBT-IDM officer leads on the design, implementation, and assurance of high-quality delivery operations within the Yemen CO for both in-kind assistance and cash transfers. He / She reviews, analyses, and strengthens delivery cycle processes, operational controls, and assurance mechanisms; identifies operational risks and opportunities for improvement; and provides technical guidance to support effective beneficiary management and assistance delivery. He/She provide strategic oversight, technical direction, and managerial guidance on the implementation of household retargeting processes to ensure the integrity, precision, and compliance of beneficiary data systems .</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education: University Degree or Advanced University Degree in international relations, political or economic science, business administration, computer and information systems, or other relevant academic areas.</p><p>Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant progressive work experience in the humanitarian or private sector, including at least 3 years in identity management and/or cash-based transfers. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Plan and support the implementation of animal diseases surveillance systems in Yemen, livestock Vaccination and treatment Campaign, Pre and Post vaccination Evaluation.</p><p>Surveillance and vaccination campaign</p><ul><li>Assist the preparation and implementation of disease surveillance systems, vaccination campaign, the Pre and Post Vaccination Evaluation (PVE).</li><li>Assist in providing technical support to the General Directorate of Animal Health and Veterinary Quarantine (GDAHVQ) in laboratory analysis of the serum samples collected and report writing.</li><li>Follow up with the GDAHVQ and agriculture offices on the technical and financial report and prepare the payments for the LoAs.</li></ul><p>Capacity building to GDAHVQ</p><ul><li>Assist in the preparation and facilitation of a 5-days training course on animal disease diagnostics, lab quality assurance and surveillance system for 10 lab technicians from the Central Veterinary Laboratory (CVL) (one in CVL-Sana'a and one in CVL- Aden)</li><li>Assist in the preparation and facilitation of a 4-days training course on transboundary animal diseases (TADs) Surveillance, Control and Outbreak investigation for 30 surveillance officers from the centre and governorates (one in Sana'a and one in Aden)</li><li>Assist in supporting planning and implementation of capacity building of the veterinary extension staff at GDAHVQ on TADs surveillance.</li></ul><p>Animal Health Strategy</p><ul><li>Support the planning, coordination and organization of meetings with GDAHVQ, stakeholders from the private sector, representatives of Veterinary Statutory Body (VSB), laboratories, veterinary education establishments, etc.</li><li>Assist in collecting and reviewing the available data related to the concept of One Health and AMR in the northern governorates.</li></ul><p>Technical/Functional Skills</p><ul><li>Ability to plan, organize, implement, and report on project interventions.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing, and ability to draft technical reports in English.</li><li>Work experience in more than one location or area of work.</li><li>Extent and relevance of experience in projects implementation</li><li>Extent and relevance of experience working with government, NGOs and/or UN agencies.</li><li>Excellent technical skills in planning, implementing, and reporting on animal health interventions.</li><li>Teamwork and strong soft skills including interpersonal, ethical, listening and communication skills, proactive, problem solving, self-organizing, planning, organizing, setting priorities and efficient use of time.</li><li>Computer literacy in MS office, familiarity with agricultural commodity exchange online system and animal identification and traceability systems.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of programme and project implementation is considered a strong asset.</li><li>Extent and relevant experience in implementation of projects and planning and monitoring, and reporting.</li><li>Relevant work experience in emergency context.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2><ul><li>Advanced degree in veterinary medicine, veterinary epidemiology and related field.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years directly applicable experience in managing animal health programme or related experiences.</li><li>Working knowledge of English and Arabic</li><li>National of Yemen</li></ul><h2>FAO Core Competencies</h2><ul><li>Results Focus</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Communication</li><li>Building Effective Relationships</li><li>Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement</li></ul><p></p></section>

<br><br>About the role <br><p><span><span><span>Reckitt is looking for an energetic Brand Manager who will be a key member of the Nordic organization. He/She owns the Marketing startegy of his/her category in the Nordic countries hereby delivering Net Revenue, Gross Margin and Market Share Targets.</span></span></span></p><br><br><br>Your responsibilities <br><p><span><span><span><span><span>- Annual Brand Plan:Creating the Nordic brand plan for portfolio of brands, including strategy, initiatives, 4Ps and financial plan.</span></span><br>- Innovation: Developing new products based on trade or consumer insights. From qualifying the opportunity to developing the right 4Ps proposition, trade story and launch support.<br>- Communication: Planning the yearly ATL communication and media plan for the Nordic countries -adapting or developing the assets (e.g. TV copies, Social Media) and managing communication channels (e.g. website).<br>- Portfolio Management: Defining assortment. Price and promotion KPIs per channel.<br>- Brand Performance: Tracking and analyzing brand performance utilizing Nielsen and financial reports. Amending plan to act on new challenge/opps.</span></span></span></p><br>

<br><br>The experience we're looking for <br><p><span><span><span>- Min.2-3 years' experience within FMCG Marketing and/or Trade Marketing.<br>- Master's degree or equivalent from recognized business school.<br>- <span><span>Demonstrated exprience of developing marketing strategies encompassing Communication, Innovation and Brand Marketing.</span></span><br>- Solid understanding of commercial finance, strong project management and customer relatiosnhip accumen.<br>- Exeprience with AC Nielsen, CATMAN and other market research software would be considered a plus.<br>- Fluency ( oral and written) in English, Scandinavian language is advantageous.</span></span></span></p><br>
