As our Talent Acquisition Advisor for Central Europe, you will shape hiring across the DACH region and the Nordics, partnering with R&D, Commercial and Operations teams. Based in Heidelberg, you will operate at the intersection of innovation, business performance and people impact.</p><br><br><br>Your responsibilities <br><ul>
<li>Lead the full recruitment cycle across R&D, Commercial & Operations in DACH & Nordics, ensuring quality, speed and strategic alignment.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted business partner to leaders, advising, challenging, and influencing hiring decisions through market insights.</li>
<li>Develop sourcing strategies and build strong pipelines across assigned markets, attracting top passive talent.</li>
<li>Deliver a premium candidate experience, ensuring transparent, human and engaging interactions at every stage.</li>
<li>Support cross-regional TA initiatives including early career, employer branding</li>
</ul><br><br>The experience we're looking for <br><ul>
<li>Strong experience (5+ years) in end-to-end recruitment in international or matrix environments.</li>
<li>Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.</li>
<li>Excellent sourcing capabilities and understanding of competitive markets.</li>
<li>Fluent German (mandatory) and fluent English.</li>
<li>Experience recruiting for R&D, commercial or industrial functions is appreciated.</li>
