Damage to and disruption of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services have increased the risk of waterborne diseases, including cholera and acute watery diarrhoea (AWD), as well as malnutrition, particularly among children under five and other vulnerable populations. To address these challenges, the Yemen WASH Consortium (YWC), composed of Oxfam, NRC, and YFCA, is planning to implement an integrated WASH interventions in eight districts across Hajjah, Al Hudaydah, Ibb, and Marib governorates. Building on the partners' extensive humanitarian experience and long-standing presence in Yemen, the consortium works to improve access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services for crisis-affected internally displaced persons (IDPs) and host communities. The programme aims to reduce morbidity and mortality associated with waterborne diseases and malnutrition through sustainable, climate-resilient, and shock-responsive WASH interventions. It seeks to ensure equitable access to quality WASH services while strengthening community resilience to future emergencies and climate-related shocks. Protracted conflict, economic deterioration, climate-related shocks, and constrained access to essential services continue to drive widespread humanitarian needs. In Government of Yemen (GoY) controlled areas, approximately one in two people experience acute food insecurity, as declining household purchasing power, inflation, and disrupted livelihoods leave millions unable to meet their basic food needs. Nearly 5.4 million people are experiencing IPC Phase 3 or above (Crisis or worse) acute food insecurity between June to September 2026, with 1.6 million people experiencing IPC Phase 4 (Emergency). Despite the harvest season, urgent needs are expected to persist from October December 2026, with 5.4 million people in IPC Phase 3 or above and deepening severity. The Head of Field Office will provide strategic leadership and overall management of field office operations, ensuring the effective and efficient use of human, financial, and operational resources to deliver high-quality programme activities aligned with the approved Interim Country Strategic Plan (ICSP and organizational policies. The role places a strong emphasis on fostering and sustaining strategic partnerships with government authorities, United Nations agencies, international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), and WFP cooperating partners within the area of responsibility to strengthen coordination, enhance operational effectiveness, and maximize programme impact. The incumbent will report directly to the Head of operations and will be responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities. <li>Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Embellishment operations across the DACH region.</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate production and packaging materials using SAP ECC and Kinaxis Rapid Response to ensure product availability.</li>
<li>Maintain and update master data for both promotional and standard SKUs in SAP.</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze end-to-end supply chain reports to optimize material planning, inventory levels, and procurement activities.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, Marketing, and external suppliers to ensure timely execution and delivery.</li>
<li>Manage material procurement, inbound deliveries, overdue materials, and vendor invoices to minimize supply disruptions.</li>

</ul><br><br>The experience we're looking for <br><ul>
<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.</li>
<li>Previous experience in Supply Chain through an internship or similar role is a strong advantage.</li>
<li>Strong interest in the FMCG industry, with exposure to or enthusiasm for New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing, and product innovation.</li>
