They will communicate any errors related to the data entry process, and the discrepancies between the aggregated data and the target for each area, in addition to the immediate reporting of technical and logical errors in data entry forms.</span></p><br>Main Responsibilities:<ul> <li><span>Data Accuracy Supervision: Oversee the data entry team to ensure the accurate translation of all project data from original documents to the data entry platform.</span></li> <li><span>Management of Sample Reception and Pre-Verification: Coordinate the flow of paper and digital field assessments, to ensure the verification of writing from clarity and completeness of the samples before distributing the samples for entry into the system.</span></li> <li><span>Workflow Improvement and Evaluation Rates: Monitor the outputs of individuals and the team to ensure a consistent daily evaluation rate, and proactively manage workloads to achieve goals and prevent the accumulation of unentered field data.</span></li> <li><span>Tracking and Organizing Record Flows: Create and maintain a centralized tracking system for completed physical and digital samples to ensure no records are skipped or lost or entered twice by the team. The Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) Officer will be responsible for implementing and managing the cash assistance program. <p>Support logistics contracting day-to-day activities following standard processes and contributing, directly or indirectly, to the effective delivery of food assistance to beneficiaries. Work closely with other logistics functions to understand the scope of the services required before issuing Request for Quotations (RFQs) Collect and analyze data related to the transport sector and undertake comprehensive logistics services market assessments in the country to recommend actions to the supervisor to improve performance of local logistics contracting operations.
