<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related social science field.</span></li> <li><span>Minimum of two years of experience in MHPSS or Child Protection programming, preferably with migrant, refugee, or displaced children.</span></li> <li><span>Strong knowledge of IASC MHPSS Guidelines, Psychological First Aid (PFA), “Do No Harm,” and Best Interests of the Child principles.</span></li> <li><span>Experience facilitating structured psychosocial support programs (e.g., HEART, DEALs).</span></li> <li><span>Good understanding of the challenges faced by IDPs and migrants in the Yemeni context.</span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with Ethiopian and Somali community customs and social dynamics.</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication, group facilitation, observation, and reporting skills.</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in Arabic; knowledge of Oromo and Amharic is an asset.
