It houses 9 UN agencies, providing office space and accommodation for UN personnel working in Marib, as well as short-term lodging for expatriate International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGO) staff when needed. The International Organization for Migration (IOM) maintains a substantial presence there, with 4 international and approximately 127 national staff members. They implement various activities, including health, WASH, shelter, and protection services for internally displaced persons and other vulnerable populations in Marib and nearby regions.<br>Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the direct supervision of the Field Coordinator (Liaison, Emergency & Recovery Programmes), the Hub Coordinator will be responsible for the management of the overall Humanitarian Hub in Marib.<br>Responsibilities<br>1. The CCY is led by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and includes Acted, Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Mercy Corps, Solidarities International (SI) as co-partners, as well as the International Organization for Migration (IOM) as a non-funded EU partner. The CCY aims to maximize the effectiveness of cash assistance and support the transition to longer-term resilience programs through referrals. The CCY's response has been implemented across 13 governorates in Yemen, where vulnerability is high, and households are affected by conflict and environmental shocks or identified to be socio-economically vulnerable due to being unable to meet their basic survival needs As the Co-Lead for the National Cash and Market Working Group, CCY collaborates with other cash actors in Yemen to prevent duplication of efforts, ensuring a harmonized approach, and enabling the efficient allocation of resources to areas with high vulnerability.</span></p><p>Overall purpose of the role: This role is split between the Danish Refugee Council country office (75% FTE) and the CCY (25% FTE) Under the supervision of the DRC Country Director, the Advocacy Coordinator will be responsible for the definition and implementation of the DRC Yemen advocacy strategy and to further develop DRC Yemen s advocacy work and outputs. Monitoring:</u></strong></span></p><br><ul> <li><span>Implement Monitoring Checklist of project activities. <p><strong>Referral system management and clinical follow-up</strong></p>

<li>Coordinates the timely and safe referral of acute and urgent patients according to ICRC/MoHE referral criteria and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from Primary Health Care facilities (Razeh, Munabbih) and Al Talh Hospital to higher-level facilities, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.</li>
<li>Ensures that referral decisions are made and documented in line with agreed ICRC/MoHE referral criteria and SOPs, and supports clinical staff to apply these consistently and appropriately.</li>
