maps, and fulfil projects' statistical needs.</li> <li>Ensure consistent and compatible data collection from the field and review it to enable information sharing and analysis (Database), and all reports must be archived in both ways (hard and soft copies) and the online part should be updated in a regular manner and access</li> <li>Provide technical support to HN, WASH, and FSL sectors in information management and data analysis tasks.</li> <li>Develop monthly updates (graphs) showing the progress of the project and share them with the HN programme Coordinator, and project lead.</li> <li>Provide feedback to the HN Manager, all relevant sectors, and PQI team on common mistakes in reports to be corrected and checked again with project staff.</li> <li>Analyse the data and create reports against program indicators to assess the level of achievement and share them in many interactive forms every month (Excel, Dashboards, graphs, etc).</li> <li>Develop simple, user-friendly data reporting tools with consideration for sex, age, and vulnerable groups' disaggregation.</li> <li>Develop and create forms and trackers that will improve the project progress, follow-up, and analysis and use applications such as PowerBi, Kopo, Excel, and other MS packages effectively.</li> <li>Work closely with CO MIS and MEAL to report HN cluster monthly updates using 5W.</li> <li>Report HN data in PRIME and ensure consistency with figures reported on IPTT and other reporting tools, including the clusters.</li> <li>Respond to the internal required reports of the project as Information sharing, accountability Trackers, Car Movement Plan, and Feedback and Reporting Mechanism reports after discussion with the team.</li> <li>Raising the Procurement Requests (PRs) of the project related to the reporting, and other routine PRs.</li> <li>Ensure data related to children is safe and shared following Save the Children's procedures and policies, and all Means of Verification (MoVs) are archived in both ways hard copies and soft copies (soft copies should be uploaded into the SharePoint of the project regularly and keep always updated).</li> <li>Ensure training of the project’s staff when needed regarding the reporting process, data flow and ways of improvement at the field level, and how to maintain valid and verified data.</li> <li>Carry out the responsibilities of the role in a Experience</strong></span></p><br><ul> <li>University degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences or relevant studies related to data management with experience for at least 3 years in dealing with HN project data (more experience with INGO data, the more preferable).</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with mainly the advanced level of EXCEL, Kopo, and Power Bi (required).</li> <li>Fast and accurate data entry skills (Required).</li> <li>Experience with data assessment such as Baseline assessment, Endline assessment, KAP survey, and Need assessment (Preferable).</li> <li>Good understanding of health and nutrition indicators (Required), and other sectoral indicators as WASH, FSL, CP, etc.</li> <li>Willingness and ability to work extended hours And share all the means of verification (MoVs) of the training with the Data Management Officer.</li> <li>Raise all the required Purchase Requests of the project as per the plan and available budget, ensure tracking of the process, and follow up with them till the stage of the distribution, and paying to the suppliers.</li> <li>Provide technical support to the health workers at the field level, ensure the quality of service provision is in place, and keep improving the health workers throughout the On-the-Job training. Additionally, the officer will follow up on the attendance of the health workers, and collect their attendance sheets to raise the payment of their incentives every month.</li> <li>Ensure all the activities are accomplished as per the detailed implementation plan (DIP), with continuous and regular referral to the line manager for the guidance and support.</li> <li>With Pharmacist officer support, prepare procurement plan for medical items and process it after getting approval from senior managers when required, and this mainly will depend on the consumption reports, and through analyzing the data of programs within the health facilities.</li> <li>Ensure proper management of the provided assets, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and nutritional commodities. This will include rational use of medicines, follow-up stock movement through stock cards and consumption rate, and ensuring the quality of warehouse management at the HFs level.</li> <li>Ensure timely and quality implementation of activities in compliance with the defined project and Country Strategy as per the SCI and donor guidelines.</li> <li>Ensure proper communication, coordination, and harmonization of tools with the different stakeholders involved in health /nutrition activities. Ensure minimum standards are maintained in accordance with humanitarian relief and MoPH guidelines. </li> <li>Conduct the Health Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a monthly basis, and ensure to sharing the assessments and ways of improvement with the Project’s coordinator. All the documents must be archived, and fully documented.</li> <li>Provide technical support to H&N project assistants, partners, and government authorities on the planning, implementation, and management of the Nutrition and Health programs.</li> <li>Attend weekly meetings with Health and Nutrition project staff, to monitor progress in implementation, exchange information, discuss challenges and plan forward. </li> <li>Ensure that staff responsibilities are clearly defined, and understood and objectives are set against work plans and regularly monitored.</li> <li>Ensure that staff at health facilities perform well and are monitored daily to fulfill the required indicators of the program.</li> <li>Maintain and strengthen established links with NGOs and other agencies including government ministries and agencies. And build a good relationship with district health offices by multiple meetings, and inviting them into joint supportive supervision visits.</li> <li>Coordinate with logistics, administration, and finance units to procure all equipment, supplies, and materials required to implement the project activities, ensuring cost efficiency and accountability in compliance with SCI and donor regulations and procedures.</li> <li>Ensure effective and efficient use of all SC resources to keep costs low and ensure safety in the workplace.</li> <li>Provide support and work closely with the MEAL team in carrying out assessments and evaluations, accountability, and information sharing.</li> <li>Comply with SC policies and practices with respect to child protection, code of conduct, child safeguarding, health and safety, equal opportunity, and other relevant policies and procedures.</li> <li>Perform any other tasks as required by the line manager or technical manager that are related to the position, or when there is an urgent situation that requires all team efforts.</li> <li>Embed counter-fraud and ethical controls in all operational processes, ensuring compliance with donor and legal requirements, while collaborating with Finance and Counter-Fraud teams to mitigate risks and conduct assessments for high-value programs</li> <li>Bachelor in Medicine or Public Health and Nutrition/ public health professional or, Bachelor in medical science (pharmacy, Medical Assistance, Nurse, laboratory, Nutrition, etc) with at least 3 years experience in a similar position.</li> <li>At least 3 years experience in implementing emergency health and nutrition programs with NGOs or INGOs (Required).</li> <li>Good writing and speaking English skills (Required).</li> <li>Training courses or experiences in CMAM, IYCF, EMONC, EPI, and IMCI are highly (Preferred). </li> <li>Experience in staff training and capacity building preferred by having a TOT course (Preferred).</li> <li>Skills and experience in project management or getting similar certificates (Preferred).</li> <li>Understanding rights-based approaches and participatory concepts and practical experience in a similar context. </li> <li>Ability to communicate and maintain tactful relations with relevant local authorities in political and militarily sensitive environments. </li> <li>Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively at all levels, taking into account cultural and language difficulties. <p>The purpose of the ICLA Officer Yemen Amran Area/ Hodiedah Gov position is to ensure the qualitative implementation of NRC s ICLA programme in targeted locations, while maintaining safe, inclusive, and accountable protection practices. At the field-operational level, the Officer supports the day-to-day implementation of programme activities and coordination with relevant stakeholders. A critical aspect of the role monitoring, and mentoring implementation of ICLA and ensuring that they deliver services effectively, uphold humanitarian standards, and apply NRC s accountability and protection principles. The Officer contributes to programme quality, compliance with donor requirements, evidence-based programming, and effective coordination to ensure quality service delivery.</p><p>Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines Implement delegated CC project portfolio according to plan of action Prepare and develop status reports as required by management 4. Understand the situation, including the legal situation (according to national and international laws and principles), for displacement affected persons and migrants in Yemen. Assist in developing and implementing case management system and database of cases. Support preparing and updating of mapping of all service providers in the area of responsibility. Conduct information sessions and counselling on ICLA thematic areas for beneficiaries including awareness sessions on HLP, civil documentation, and legal identity issues while delivering capacity-building activities for communities, authorities, and partners. Assist in conducting needs assessments for the selected target groups; including focus groups; questionnaires, surveys; and stakeholder interviews. Prepare documents containing legal and related information for target communities. Establish excellent relations with all stakeholders including Local authorities, Civil Registration, humanitarian partners and beneficiaries, with understanding the needs of beneficiaries through regular visits and frequent contact. Document findings of ICLA needs assessments; including preparation of reports and other relevant documents. Regularly meet with other relevant actors and stakeholders and coordinate work, including attending meetings in the field. Identify awareness-raising and outreach opportunities for ICLA work and assist in conducting sessions. Identify training needs for beneficiaries and stakeholders and, as relevant, prepare and conduct training. Assist in conducting research as required. Assist in strategic review; monitoring and evaluation activities and identification of other relevant ICLA activities. Support the implementation of community based protection activities, including the roll-out of Community Safety Planning (CSP) initiatives. Support ICLA assistants in the implementation of ICLA activities in filed. Contribute to the development of NRC's Country strategy, action plan and activities plan and priorities in the ICLA sector. Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Project Coordinator.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>University degree in law, social studies, development studies / other relevant field/ the equivalent Minimum of 3 years of work experience with an NGO, legal or international organization in the area of protection or human rights. Experience from working as legal & Protection employee in a humanitarian/recovery context in Yemen. Training skills. Reporting skills Experience in research and data analysis Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts Documented results related to the position's responsibilities At least 2 years of working experience in legal field. The Project Assistant will work closely with the FSL officer and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) teams to ensure that FSL activities, including cash assistance, are delivered effectively and efficiently to beneficiaries.</p><br><p>The Project Assistants will have a diverse range of responsibilities and will assist FSL officers with tasks such as community sensitization and mobilization, formation of community committees, beneficiary selection and registration processes, training, distribution, and monitoring of various components of the multipurpose cash assistance program. <p>Support logistics contracting day-to-day activities following standard processes and contributing, directly or indirectly, to the effective delivery of food assistance to beneficiaries. Work closely with other logistics functions to understand the scope of the services required before issuing Request for Quotations (RFQs) Collect and analyze data related to the transport sector and undertake comprehensive logistics services market assessments in the country to recommend actions to the supervisor to improve performance of local logistics contracting operations. Conduct verification and validation of received data which also includes (site) visits to the transporters/logistics service providers yards/garages/offices. Carry out due diligence of the current WFP shortlisted/contracted and/or new logistics service providers.
