The primary responsibility is to ensure that the data entered is complete, reliable, and accurate.</span></p><br><p><span>Quality Assurance Focus: Data Entry Supervisors will be assigned roles in quality assurance to standardize and ensure that the data entered reflects the aggregated data accurately, and according to the strict field verification logic in data entry forms. They will communicate any errors related to the data entry process, and the discrepancies between the aggregated data and the target for each area, in addition to the immediate reporting of technical and logical errors in data entry forms.</span></p><br>Main Responsibilities:<ul> <li><span>Data Accuracy Supervision: Oversee the data entry team to ensure the accurate translation of all project data from original documents to the data entry platform.</span></li> <li><span>Management of Sample Reception and Pre-Verification: Coordinate the flow of paper and digital field assessments, to ensure the verification of writing from clarity and completeness of the samples before distributing the samples for entry into the system.</span></li> <li><span>Workflow Improvement and Evaluation Rates: Monitor the outputs of individuals and the team to ensure a consistent daily evaluation rate, and proactively manage workloads to achieve goals and prevent the accumulation of unentered field data.</span></li> <li><span>Tracking and Organizing Record Flows: Create and maintain a centralized tracking system for completed physical and digital samples to ensure no records are skipped or lost or entered twice by the team. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><br></p><p>Overall purpose of the role: The Economic Recovery Coordinator provides overall technical leadership, and coordination to DRC s economic recovery programming in Yemen, including food security, decent livelihoods, and financial inclusion, with cross-cutting technical support on CVA, market system development and climate-sensitive natural resource management. The Economic Recovery Coordinator has the overall responsibility for designing, coordinating, supporting, and representing DRC's Economic Recovery program in Yemen in external coordination mechanisms (as well as a member of the Cash Consortium for Yemen) and for providing technical guidance and strategic directions to DRC teams operating across the country.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Technical Oversight</p><ul><li>Develop economic recovery program strategy and priorities based on thorough understanding of needs and context, aligned with DRC s mandate and regional/global strategies. <p><strong>Referral system management and clinical follow-up</strong></p>

<li>Coordinates the timely and safe referral of acute and urgent patients according to ICRC/MoHE referral criteria and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from Primary Health Care facilities (Razeh, Munabbih) and Al Talh Hospital to higher-level facilities, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.</li>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>Monthly Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and validate monthly & quarterly forecasts.</li><li>Evaluate distributor performance (sales, stock, distribution).</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on sales, stocks, and market insights.</li><li>Coordinate and execute marketing plans with distributors.</li><li>Review pricing, offers, and financial settlements.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with distributors and sales/promotion teams to review performance, discuss improvements, and align on action plans.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Strategic Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Handle operational and market challenges effectively.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities.</li><li>Support logistics, shipping, and compliance processes.</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations to management.</li><li>Lead special projects and performance initiatives.</li><li>Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and KPIs.</li><li>Lead annual demand forecasting and planning alignment.</li><li>Evaluate and optimize distribution network.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor analysis.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications & Competencies (Education & Experience):</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum university degree</li><li>Relevant experience in sales or a related field</li><li>Basic to good proficiency in English</li><li>Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and customer relationship management skills</li><li>Preferred age: 35 years</li><li>Work conditions: travel inside Yemen and to Saudi Arabia based on work need.</li></ul><p></p></section>
