We are searching for an individual or an organization based in Africa (Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo (Republic), Democratic Republic of Congo (D. With a workers rights and supplier engagement background, and a keen interest and capacity for the use of technology, we are looking for a candidate that will engage with workers, suppliers and brands in the aforementioned countries to drive meaningful impact. Working with the Client Services team, they will be responsible for introducing our digital worker engagement programs to suppliers (both virtually and on site when possible), getting management buy-in, training management on the platform usage, engaging with workers and promoting participation, managing grievance cases, and liaising between all stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for all. The role will require flexibility and agility to take on various tasks and work remotely with a global team. The role will require some evening meetings to communicate with the team based in Canada and Europe. What You'll Be Doing <ul><li>Lead architecture design for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with related data, AI, and security solutions delivered through partners and resellers.</li><li>Work across OCI offering stack: OCI infrastructure architecture; data platforms, associated Oracle/Custom/ISV Applications</li><li>Develop repeatable solution frameworks and reference architecture aligned to Arrow and OCI priorities.</li><li>Support partner enablement, including technical workshops, architecture guidance, and co-selling motions.</li><li>Engage with customers, partners, and internal sales teams to shape complex opportunities and drive deals forward.</li><li>Collaborate with adjacent hyperscaler teams (for example, Microsoft and AWS teams) on architecture, co-sell opportunities, incentives, and GTM alignment with Arrow’s OCI business.</li><li>Drive adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related OCI-based solutions across the partner ecosystem.</li><li>Provide executive-level advisory to customers on OCI cloud strategy, modernization, and innovation.</li></ul> Partner & Ecosystem Engagement <ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to key partners, helping them build and scale cloud solution practices.</li><li>Enable partners on OCI architecture, CSP models and managed services delivery.</li><li>Support partner differentiation through solution packaging, IP development, and vertical use cases.</li><li>Participate in joint account planning and pipeline acceleration activities.</li></ul> Pre-Sales & Revenue Contribution <ul><li>Partner with sales leadership to shape deals and influence technical win strategies.</li><li>Partner with Services in support of partner/client opportunities.</li><li>Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and solution designs that align with customer outcomes.</li><li>Accelerate pipeline through architecture validation, demos, and technical storytelling.</li><li>Drive revenue influenced through solution design and partner engagement.</li></ul> What We're Looking For <ul><li>A Certified OCI Architect Professional</li><li>Must have min 5-year track record of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.</li><li>8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, consulting, or sales engineering overall.</li><li>Experience and understanding of OCI’s strategy: Enterprise databases, AI infrastructure and High-Performance workloads. </li><li>Understanding of OCI workloads running on premises or hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>Experience working in a partner/channel or CSP ecosystem.</li><li>Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.</li><li>Ability to influence partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (compute, networking, identity, security and data applications).</li><li>Strong understanding of hybrid cloud, Kubernetes and automation.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>OCI certification is a must</li><li>Oracle related certifications</li><li>Data, Database or Data/AI certifications</li><li>AWS, Azure or GCP certifications.</li></ul> Work Arrangement Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
