Collect community feedback and safely channel grievances to the MEAL/Accountability team.</li> <li><b>Incident Reporting: </b>Immediately document and report any field-level incidents, accidents, or safeguarding concerns using established reporting lines.</li></ul><p><b>2. Textbook (academic, remedial, reading stories) Distribution Verification</b></p><br><ul> <li><b>Field Verification:</b> Conduct physical field checks to verify that target schools have received the correct allocation of textbooks.
