Reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in translating brand and category strategies into best-in-class commercial execution across the Danish market.<br>The successful candidate will act as a strategic link between Marketing and Sales, ensuring the effective implementation of trade activation plans, promotional programs, and channel strategies that drive category growth and strengthen in-store execution. <li>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, or Marketing. (Experience within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry would be considered a strong advantage).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of commercial execution, trade activation, customer marketing, and category growth principles.</li>
<li>Proven analytical capabilities, including the ability to translate consumer, shopper, customer, and market insights into actionable business plans and recommendations.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions.</li>
<li>A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>
