Ensure adequate level of fuel and minimum running conditions of the vehicle. Day to day maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle, checking oil, water, battery, tyre pressure and attendance to routine repairs. Delivering of letters / mail / packages on behalf of IOM as requested. Operate and maintain emergency communication equipment s (VHF/UHF radios) in vehicle and ensure the accurate equipment and emergency supplies are always in the vehicle. Maintain vehicle logbook by daily recording vehicle movements, fuel consumption and mileage done. Alerting supervisors of any repairs done to vehicle. Behave properly with staff members and assists them in entering and leaving the vehicle. May assist with baggage handling and with umbrella in foul weather. (Note: In high risk assignments, the security driver is required to remain behind the wheel at all times, and others on the protection detail open doors, handle luggage and umbrellas, etc.) Obey all traffic laws and limits Respond to medical emergencies occurring to passengers en route Keep a high degree of confidentiality and discreteness in discussions, which involves IOM and its officials. You will also be responsible for representing PUI on programmatic issues to other humanitarian actors and to technical and administrative state authorities at the local level.</p><p><b>For this purpose, you will be responsible for :</b></p><ul><li>Strategic Development, follow-up of operations and reporting: You will coordinate the project teams through the program managers and ensure the proper implementation of the operational and qualitative aspects of the programs (objectives monitoring, respect of deadlines and budgetary deadlines, quality control, team synergy in accordance with the contractual documents and in compliance with PUI policies and procedures. You will ensure that contractual obligations are respected and coordinate the writing of reports. The project is funded by the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid (ECHO) and will be implemented from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027 in Aden, Lahj, and Taiz governorates.</span></p><br><p><span>The project targets 22,216 beneficiaries of boys, girls, women, and men (11,426 females and 10,790 males), and focuses on providing Child Protection and Education in Emergencies services through comprehensive programs designed to reduce the risks faced by children and enhance their access to safe and inclusive education. The project also aims to empower local communities and strengthen their capacity to protect children and respond to their basic needs in a safer and more stable
