The primary responsibility is to ensure that the data entered is complete, reliable, and accurate.</span></p><br><p><span>Quality Assurance Focus: Data Entry Supervisors will be assigned roles in quality assurance to standardize and ensure that the data entered reflects the aggregated data accurately, and according to the strict field verification logic in data entry forms. They will communicate any errors related to the data entry process, and the discrepancies between the aggregated data and the target for each area, in addition to the immediate reporting of technical and logical errors in data entry forms.</span></p><br>Main Responsibilities:<ul> <li><span>Data Accuracy Supervision: Oversee the data entry team to ensure the accurate translation of all project data from original documents to the data entry platform.</span></li> <li><span>Management of Sample Reception and Pre-Verification: Coordinate the flow of paper and digital field assessments, to ensure the verification of writing from clarity and completeness of the samples before distributing the samples for entry into the system.</span></li> <li><span>Workflow Improvement and Evaluation Rates: Monitor the outputs of individuals and the team to ensure a consistent daily evaluation rate, and proactively manage workloads to achieve goals and prevent the accumulation of unentered field data.</span></li> <li><span>Tracking and Organizing Record Flows: Create and maintain a centralized tracking system for completed physical and digital samples to ensure no records are skipped or lost or entered twice by the team. Ensure the organization of outlier forms and error forms in separate files containing school identification information.</span></li> <li><span>Implementation of Quality Assurance and Immediate Checks: Ensure the quality and consistency of the entered data through the implementation of a precise and predetermined surprise inspection process (as agreed with the information systems officer), and systematically audit the inputs against the system logic and source text.</span></li> <li><span>Standardization of Regional Statistics: Collect and verify data entries at the level of the region completed by writing, and compare totals with targeted standards, and report any deficiencies or excesses to the Head of the Research and Educational Development Center and also to the information systems officer for the project.</span></li> <li><span>Technical Issue Escalation: Act as a focal point for platform performance; collecting and verifying and estimating direct reporting of coordination errors identified by the team, or delays, or logical errors to the Head of the Research and Educational Development Center and also to the information systems officer for the project.</span></li> <li><span>Enforcement of Data Protection Protocols: Maintain strict oversight of data protection protocols for beneficiaries, to ensure the team handles all files securely and does not leave data entry screens unmonitored.</span></li> <li><span>Supervision of Workspace Orders and Document Security: Manage the physical data entry environment, to ensure that employees maintain an organized work environment to avoid the risk of damage or loss of paper forms.</span></li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul> <li><span>University graduate or intermediate diploma.</span></li> <li><span>At least one year of experience in a basic administrative role, preferably with a non-governmental organization or a local organization or government environment.</span></li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul> <li><span>Fast and accurate typing skills for language (texts/numbers in Arabic and English).</span></li> <li><span>Basic knowledge of computer devices, internet browsers, and data entry interfaces (such as KoboToolbox or customized database forms).</span></li> <li><span>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (navigating sheets, entering data, and using basic search and lookup functions).</span></li> <li><span>Languages: Arabic speaker with basic understanding of English text in data entry forms (if necessary).</span></li></ul>Core Competencies<ul> <li><span><strong>High Attention to Detail:</strong> Ability to detect minor errors in writing, or missing numbers, or quickly flipping numbers.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Reliability:</strong> Consistent performance when dealing with repetitive and high-volume writing tasks.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Clear Communication:</strong> Ability to inform the PMIS officer clearly when a form is not saved, or when the target does not match, or when an error appears in the system.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Application Information:</strong></p><br><p>Please attach a copy of your CV and cover letter with your application, and include details of your current remuneration and salary expectations. Ensure adequate level of fuel and minimum running conditions of the vehicle. Day to day maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle, checking oil, water, battery, tyre pressure and attendance to routine repairs. Delivering of letters / mail / packages on behalf of IOM as requested. Operate and maintain emergency communication equipment s (VHF/UHF radios) in vehicle and ensure the accurate equipment and emergency supplies are always in the vehicle. Maintain vehicle logbook by daily recording vehicle movements, fuel consumption and mileage done. Alerting supervisors of any repairs done to vehicle. Behave properly with staff members and assists them in entering and leaving the vehicle. May assist with baggage handling and with umbrella in foul weather. You will also be responsible for representing PUI on programmatic issues to other humanitarian actors and to technical and administrative state authorities at the local level.</p><p><b>For this purpose, you will be responsible for :</b></p><ul><li>Strategic Development, follow-up of operations and reporting: You will coordinate the project teams through the program managers and ensure the proper implementation of the operational and qualitative aspects of the programs (objectives monitoring, respect of deadlines and budgetary deadlines, quality control, team synergy in accordance with the contractual documents and in compliance with PUI policies and procedures. You will ensure that contractual obligations are respected and coordinate the writing of reports. The project is funded by the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid (ECHO) and will be implemented from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027 in Aden, Lahj, and Taiz governorates.</span></p><br><p><span>The project targets 22,216 beneficiaries of boys, girls, women, and men (11,426 females and 10,790 males), and focuses on providing Child Protection and Education in Emergencies services through comprehensive programs designed to reduce the risks faced by children and enhance their access to safe and inclusive education. The project also aims to empower local communities and strengthen their capacity to protect children and respond to their basic needs in a safer and more stable The primary responsibility is to ensure that the entered data is complete, accurate, and reliable.</p><br><p>Quality Assurance: Data entry clerks must standardize the entered data and ensure that the entered data reflects the aggregated data accurately, and will communicate with supervisors any errors related to the data entry process, and the differences between the aggregated data and the target for each area, in addition to the immediate reporting of technical and logical errors in data entry forms.</p><br><p>Main Responsibilities:</p><br><ul> <li>Enter project data accurately into the project data entry platform from the original source documents.</li> <li>Carefully verify incoming forms, ensuring that paper or digital requests in the field are readable and complete before entering them into the system.</li> <li>Maintain a steady daily pace to achieve data entry goals and prevent the backlog of unentered field data.</li> <li>Organize and track completed physical/digital forms to ensure no records are skipped or entered twice.</li> <li>Verify data against the integrated validation rules of the form, and identify any entries that break the logic of the system immediately.</li> <li>Count completed entries for each area against the target numbers provided by the administrative information systems officer and report any deficiencies or excesses.</li> <li>Observe and report any errors in formatting, slow upload times, or logical errors in data entry forms directly to the administrative information systems officer.</li> <li>Handle all beneficiary data with complete confidentiality, ensuring that screens are not left unattended and handling files securely.</li> <li>Maintain an organized workspace for data entry to prevent loss or damage to paper field forms.</li></ul><p>Qualifications and Experience:</p><br><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or diploma.</li> <li>At least one year of experience in a basic administrative role, preferably with a non-governmental organization or local organization or government environment.</li></ul><p>Technical Skills:</p><br><ul> <li>Fast and accurate typing skills for the language (texts/numbers in Arabic and English).</li> <li>Basic knowledge of computer systems, internet browsers, and data entry interfaces (such as KoboToolbox or custom database forms).</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (navigating worksheets, data entry, and using basic search functions).</li> <li>Languages: Fluent in Arabic; basic understanding of English text in data entry forms (if necessary).</li></ul><p>Core Competencies</p><br><ul> <li><strong>Accuracy and reliability in data entry.</strong></li> <li><strong>High attention to detail: the ability to spot minor errors in writing, missing numbers, or quickly flipping numbers.</strong></li> <li><strong>Reliability: consistent performance when handling repetitive and high-volume writing tasks.</strong></li> <li><strong>Clear communication: the ability to clearly inform the administrative information systems officer when a form is not saved, when the target does not match, or when an error appears in the system.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Application Information:</strong></p><br><p>Please attach a copy of your CV and cover letter with your application, and include details of your current remuneration and salary expectations.
