Job DescriptionSupplier Non-conformity Management:<ul><li>Lead the analysis and treatment of supplier non-conformities.</li><li>Ensure follow-up of curative, corrective, and preventive actions.</li><li>Ensure the sustainable eradication of root causes of defects.</li></ul>Supplier Escalation Management:<ul><li>Participate in QRQC meetings and represent the AQF activity.</li><li>Coordinate security actions during supplier escalations.</li><li>Ensure follow-up of the effectiveness of implemented measures.</li></ul>Supplier Action Plan Management:<ul><li>Lead supplier action plans (8D / Z8).</li><li>Challenge suppliers on quality and processing times.</li><li>Verify the relevance and effectiveness of proposed actions.</li></ul>Interface with Internal Departments:<ul><li>Coordinate with Receiving Inspection for the control of stocks impacted by non-conformities.</li><li>Ensure communication between suppliers and internal teams (Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Methods).</li></ul>Supplier Intervention Management:<ul><li>Organize and monitor supplier interventions on site.</li><li>Guarantee the implementation of security and conformity remediation actions.</li></ul>Supplier Performance Management:<ul><li>Analyze supplier quality scorecards.</li><li>Disseminate performance indicators to stakeholders.</li><li>Identify deviations and propose improvement plans.</li></ul>Quality Data Management:<ul><li>Validate quality views in SAP.</li><li>Ensure the reliability and consistency of quality data.</li><li>Participate in the improvement of supplier quality processes.</li></ul>Reporting and Indicators:<ul><li>Update and analyze quality indicators.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports for management.</li><li>Contribute to supplier performance reviews.</li></ul>Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in a Supplier Quality, Product Quality, Quality Assurance, or Industrialization role.Experience in a demanding industrial environment (aerospace, automotive, electronics, etc.).But what else?
