Key Responsibilities
- Oversee supply chain management to ensure that materials and equipment needed for company operations are available on time.
- Managing supplier tenders and contracts and ensuring that operations are carried out in accordance with agreed terms.
- Planning and organizing purchasing and supply operations and ensuring the selection of suitable suppliers and contractors and negotiating with them to obtain the best prices and quality.
- Supervise warehouse management, ensure optimal storage of materials and equipment, and monitor inventory levels regularly.
- Follow up on purchasing processes, from purchase order to final delivery, and ensure that operations run efficiently.
- Develop strategies to improve logistics operations and reduce operational costs associated with supply.
- Preparing monthly reports on inventory movement, purchases, and contracts and making recommendations for performance improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to meet their needs for materials and equipment quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with organization policies and quality standards in all purchasing, supply, warehousing and transportation operations.
- Implement and improve processes in accordance with effective policies and standards on an ongoing basis.
- Providing support and solutions to employee issues and requirements.
- Collaborate with the executive team to formulate business strategies.
- Coordinate customer service operations with a focus on customer retention.
- Managing contracts and relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Assess and mitigate operational risks, and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Coach and motivate teams to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Conduct performance evaluations of teams within his department that are achieving their goals and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Report on operational and administrative performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks as directed by senior management.
- Perform all duties related to planning for purchasing, transportation and storage operations.
- Performing scheduling and loading operations and labor on various departments, branches and devices.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Help promote an organization culture that encourages high performance and high morale.
- Participate in committees with different departments to solve work problems.
- Overseeing the budget and preparing various reports on work progress and products.
- Communicate and coordinate with different departments at work to complete work.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are submitted when required.
- Monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Participate in the development of policies and work regulations.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Master’s degree in operations management - Public Administration - Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English language, written and spoken.
- Training programs in computer applications in management - operations - supply, fleet and transportation management
- Experience in management, operations and leadership.
- Ability to build relationships between managers, partners and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of financial management.
- Proven track record as Chief Operating Officer or in a similar leadership capacity.
- A comprehensive understanding of business functions, including human resources, finance, supply chain, and information technology.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
