The primary responsibility is to ensure that the data entered is complete, reliable, and accurate.</span></p><br><p><span>Quality Assurance Focus: Data Entry Supervisors will be assigned roles in quality assurance to standardize and ensure that the data entered reflects the aggregated data accurately, and according to the strict field verification logic in data entry forms. They will communicate any errors related to the data entry process, and the discrepancies between the aggregated data and the target for each area, in addition to the immediate reporting of technical and logical errors in data entry forms.</span></p><br>Main Responsibilities:<ul> <li><span>Data Accuracy Supervision: Oversee the data entry team to ensure the accurate translation of all project data from original documents to the data entry platform.</span></li> <li><span>Management of Sample Reception and Pre-Verification: Coordinate the flow of paper and digital field assessments, to ensure the verification of writing from clarity and completeness of the samples before distributing the samples for entry into the system.</span></li> <li><span>Workflow Improvement and Evaluation Rates: Monitor the outputs of individuals and the team to ensure a consistent daily evaluation rate, and proactively manage workloads to achieve goals and prevent the accumulation of unentered field data.</span></li> <li><span>Tracking and Organizing Record Flows: Create and maintain a centralized tracking system for completed physical and digital samples to ensure no records are skipped or lost or entered twice by the team. Ensure the organization of outlier forms and error forms in separate files containing school identification information.</span></li> <li><span>Implementation of Quality Assurance and Immediate Checks: Ensure the quality and consistency of the entered data through the implementation of a precise and predetermined surprise inspection process (as agreed with the information systems officer), and systematically audit the inputs against the system logic and source text.</span></li> <li><span>Standardization of Regional Statistics: Collect and verify data entries at the level of the region completed by writing, and compare totals with targeted standards, and report any deficiencies or excesses to the Head of the Research and Educational Development Center and also to the information systems officer for the project.</span></li> <li><span>Technical Issue Escalation: Act as a focal point for platform performance; collecting and verifying and estimating direct reporting of coordination errors identified by the team, or delays, or logical errors to the Head of the Research and Educational Development Center and also to the information systems officer for the project.</span></li> <li><span>Enforcement of Data Protection Protocols: Maintain strict oversight of data protection protocols for beneficiaries, to ensure the team handles all files securely and does not leave data entry screens unmonitored.</span></li> <li><span>Supervision of Workspace Orders and Document Security: Manage the physical data entry environment, to ensure that employees maintain an organized work environment to avoid the risk of damage or loss of paper forms.</span></li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul> <li><span>University graduate or intermediate diploma.</span></li> <li><span>At least one year of experience in a basic administrative role, preferably with a non-governmental organization or a local organization or government environment.</span></li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul> <li><span>Fast and accurate typing skills for language (texts/numbers in Arabic and English).</span></li> <li><span>Basic knowledge of computer devices, internet browsers, and data entry interfaces (such as KoboToolbox or customized database forms).</span></li> <li><span>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (navigating sheets, entering data, and using basic search and lookup functions).</span></li> <li><span>Languages: Arabic speaker with basic understanding of English text in data entry forms (if necessary).</span></li></ul>Core Competencies<ul> <li><span><strong>High Attention to Detail:</strong> Ability to detect minor errors in writing, or missing numbers, or quickly flipping numbers.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Reliability:</strong> Consistent performance when dealing with repetitive and high-volume writing tasks.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Clear Communication:</strong> Ability to inform the PMIS officer clearly when a form is not saved, or when the target does not match, or when an error appears in the system.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Application Information:</strong></p><br><p>Please attach a copy of your CV and cover letter with your application, and include details of your current remuneration and salary expectations. According to the 2026 Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan (HNRP), an estimated 22.3 million people require humanitarian assistance, including 18.3 million people in need of food security and livelihood support. WFP's response focuses on saving lives, protecting livelihoods, and improving food consumption among the most vulnerable populations through life-saving food assistance and nutrition interventions. To support evidence-based programming and strategic decision-making, WFP Yemen's Vulnerability Analysis and Mapping (VAM) unit leads food security monitoring, assessments, and analysis across the country. The unit conducts large-scale food security and livelihood assessments, market monitoring, beneficiary monitoring, and other analytical activities that generate critical information on food security conditions, market trends, household vulnerabilities, and humanitarian needs. JOB PURPOSE: The VAM Officer (Assessments) will support the planning, design, implementation, and coordination of food security, market functionality, prices, rapid emergency, beneficiary targeting validation, and other quantitative and qualitative assessments conducted by WFP Yemen. The position is responsible for ensuring the collection and analysis of high-quality data to generate timely and reliable evidence on food security, humanitarian needs, market functionality, population vulnerabilities, and the effectiveness of targeting approaches and WFP interventions. Support periodic market functionality assessments following </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>University degree in Statistics, Economics, Food Security, Agriculture, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Policy, Geography, Data Analysis, or another field relevant to humanitarian assessments and vulnerability analysis, with strong training in survey methodology, sampling, statistical modelling, and quantitative/qualitative analysis.</p><p>Total relevant 5 years of experience including 1 year of Professional experience in statistics, quantitative/qualitative analysis, survey methodology, data management, monitoring and evaluation, food security analysis, economics, or a related field. Experience in survey design, sampling methodologies, statistical analysis, data quality assurance, and management of large datasets is highly desirable. Ensure adequate level of fuel and minimum running conditions of the vehicle. Day to day maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle, checking oil, water, battery, tyre pressure and attendance to routine repairs. Delivering of letters / mail / packages on behalf of IOM as requested. Operate and maintain emergency communication equipment s (VHF/UHF radios) in vehicle and ensure the accurate equipment and emergency supplies are always in the vehicle. Maintain vehicle logbook by daily recording vehicle movements, fuel consumption and mileage done. Alerting supervisors of any repairs done to vehicle. Behave properly with staff members and assists them in entering and leaving the vehicle. May assist with baggage handling and with umbrella in foul weather. Protracted conflict, economic deterioration, climate-related shocks, and constrained access to essential services continue to drive widespread humanitarian needs. In Government of Yemen (GoY) controlled areas, approximately one in two people experience acute food insecurity, as declining household purchasing power, inflation, and disrupted livelihoods leave millions unable to meet their basic food needs. Nearly 5.4 million people are experiencing IPC Phase 3 or above (Crisis or worse) acute food insecurity between June to September 2026, with 1.6 million people experiencing IPC Phase 4 (Emergency). Despite the harvest season, urgent needs are expected to persist from October December 2026, with 5.4 million people in IPC Phase 3 or above and deepening severity. The Head of Field Office will provide strategic leadership and overall management of field office operations, ensuring the effective and efficient use of human, financial, and operational resources to deliver high-quality programme activities aligned with the approved Interim Country Strategic Plan (ICSP and organizational policies. The role places a strong emphasis on fostering and sustaining strategic partnerships with government authorities, United Nations agencies, international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), and WFP cooperating partners within the area of responsibility to strengthen coordination, enhance operational effectiveness, and maximize programme impact. Over 80 percent of Yemen’s population is estimated to need humanitarian assistance, and more than 2.5 million Yemenis have become IDPs. The ongoing conflict has destroyed much of the institutional ability of key ministries, governorates, and local authorities to deliver essential social services to citizens. Public service restoration is also essential for a smooth transition to recovery, as a political agreement is being negotiated. Combining communities’ own efforts with whatever limited state institutional capacity remains are needed to both curtail further humanitarian deterioration and the political ramifications of total state collapse. Yemen is one of the most food insecure countries in the world. Around 20 million people (70 percent of the population) are facing hunger, a 13 percent increase from 2017. The current conflict has led to a decline in the national economy. Gross Domestic Product was cut in half since 2015, and more than 80 percent of the population living below the poverty line. The fighting around the country’s seaports and the ensuing suspension of commercial imports and supply shortages, the depreciation of the Yemeni riyal, which is now worth barely a third of 2015 level, have combined to push the food prices up. Only half of health facilities are functioning, and many Yemenis in need of critical treatments especially for malnutrition are too poor to access the ones that are open. Beyond those at risk of famine, many millions with only emergency food assistance to survive, face a collapse in their immune systems – especially children and the elderly – increasing their vulnerability to malnutrition, cholera and other diseases. Chronic water shortages exacerbate food insecurity and risk of famine in areas where people depend on agriculture for food and income.</p><br> <p>This heightened crisis is calling for scaled-up support to address the immediate needs while also leveraging and enhancing national capacities and systems for resilience-building for populations in Yemen with increased vulnerabilities that can complement a largely insufficient humanitarian response and at the same time for the need to maintain the existing capacities and mechanisms at local and national level to maintain the foundation for future reconstruction and recovery.</p><br> <p>The World Bank funded projects aim to Improve access to food and, nutritious diets, social protection, economic opportunities, food security and effective management of water sector in Yemen. Job Purpose To provide technical leadership, quality assurance and Programme oversight for resilience, livelihoods, ecosystem restoration and value chain development operations, ensuring high-quality design and implementation of Programmes, strengthened government systems and partnerships, effective management of Programme risks and performance, and evidence-based decision-making in support of WFP's resilience agenda. Key Accountabilities: 1. Programme Development and Strategic Support Support the Head of Unit in the strategic planning, design and expansion of the resilience portfolio, contributing technical inputs into strategic documents, concept notes, funding proposals, donor briefs, presentations, and advocacy materials. Contribute to Programme performance reviews to ensure interventions remain relevant, evidence-based, responsive to community needs, cost-effective and aligned with country Programme objectives, identifying bottlenecks, implementation risks and opportunities for improved delivery performance and efficient use of financial, operational and partnership resources. This role is classified as requiring standard pre-employment checks and enhanced due diligence.</p><p>The Program Manager (Health and Nutrition) will lead Relief International s integrated health and nutrition portfolio in Yemen, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based programming that responds to humanitarian needs and delivers lasting impact. Working closely with project teams, government stakeholders, donors and partners, you will provide technical and managerial leadership across program design, implementation, quality assurance, capacity strengthening and resource mobilization.</p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><p>This role includes the following responsibilities.</p><ul><li>Lead and manage RI s health and nutrition programme portfolio, ensuring quality implementation, achievement of targets and effective team performance.</li><li>Provide technical leadership across health and nutrition interventions, strengthening service quality, capacity development, monitoring systems and adherence to international standards.</li><li>Oversee programme monitoring, learning and reporting processes, ensuring evidence-based decision making and continuous programme improvement.</li><li>Support programme growth through assessments, proposal development, donor engagement and contribution to fundraising initiatives.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with government counterparts, donors, clusters, UN agencies and other stakeholders.</li></ul><p>This role includes regular travel to programme locations within Yemen.</p><p>Research shows that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single requirement. If you re excited about this role, but your experience doesn t align with every criteria described, we encourage you to apply anyway, you could be exactly what we need!</p><p><br></p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><b>You will bring the following experience and skills.</b></p><ul><li>Advanced degree in a health or nutrition-related field, such as Public Health, Medicine, Nursing or a related discipline.</li><li>Substantial proven experience working in public health and health programming within humanitarian and/or development settings.</li><li>Demonstrated technical expertise in one or more areas including primary health care, child health, reproductive health, health systems strengthening, research or evaluation.</li><li>Strong experience in programme management, project design, proposal development, fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity strengthening.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and sectors.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English is essential.</li></ul><p>Familiarity with WASH, Protection or Food Security and Livelihoods programming, and knowledge of UN and international emergency response systems, are desirable.</p><p></p></section>
