Since the product we offer is a software platform, the role requires good computer and software literacy, and the ability to present a technical product and explain it in simple terms that a merchant can understand. The RRM Information Management Officer supports the implementation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of information management systems for NRC s Rapid Response Mechanism.
