Protracted conflict, economic deterioration, climate-related shocks, and constrained access to essential services continue to drive widespread humanitarian needs. In Yemen, approximately one in two people experience acute food insecurity, as declining household purchasing power, inflation, and disrupted livelihoods leave millions unable to meet their basic food needs.</p> <p>Nearly 5.4 million people are experiencing IPC Phase 3 or above (Crisis or worse) acute food insecurity between June to September 2026, with 1.6 million people experiencing IPC Phase 4 (Emergency).</p> <p>The M&E Officer is part of the Planning, Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (PMLE) Unit at WFP Yemen. The role involves overseeing end to end field monitoring, managing analytical and reporting processes, building capacity and promoting the use of data and evidence to inform programming and decision-making process. <p>The purpose of the ICLA Officer Yemen Amran Area/ Hodiedah Gov position is to ensure the qualitative implementation of NRC s ICLA programme in targeted locations, while maintaining safe, inclusive, and accountable protection practices. At the field-operational level, the Officer supports the day-to-day implementation of programme activities and coordination with relevant stakeholders. A critical aspect of the role monitoring, and mentoring implementation of ICLA and ensuring that they deliver services effectively, uphold humanitarian standards, and apply NRC s accountability and protection principles. <p>Yemen remains one of the world s most severe humanitarian crises, after more than a decade of conflict, economic decline, climate shocks, and political instability. In 2026, over two-thirds of the population require humanitarian assistance, including 9.4 million people identified as most in need of life-saving support.</p>
<p>The health system is under extreme strain, with only 59.3% of health facilities fully operational and 19.3 million people requiring healthcare services, including more than 660,000 pregnant women in need of urgent care. Cholera continues to pose a major public health challenge, adding pressure to an already weakened system.</p>
<p>The operational environment remains highly volatile, marked by security incidents, service disruptions, funding cuts, and economic challenges that regularly affect humanitarian activities.</p>

<p>As MHPSS coordinator you will be in charge of overseeing all MdM s MHPSS programming for the Yemen mission. To hire professional Consultant Engineer able to provide a variety of engineering services required by the Our client under instructions and directions of the Project Manager, Renewable Energy Specialist and City Engineer. The engineering services desired include, but are not limited to:</p><p>Role objectives The scope is to prepare technical designs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents of solar system and/or genset system solutions to target facilities in accordance with UNOPS guidelines and standards.
