Roles & Responsibilities

Monthly Responsibilities

  • Manage and validate monthly & quarterly forecasts.
  • Evaluate distributor performance (sales, stock, distribution).
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales, stocks, and market insights.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing plans with distributors.
  • Review pricing, offers, and financial settlements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with distributors and sales/promotion teams to review performance, discuss improvements, and align on action plans.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Handle operational and market challenges effectively.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Support logistics, shipping, and compliance processes.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Lead special projects and performance initiatives.
  • Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Lead annual demand forecasting and planning alignment.
  • Evaluate and optimize distribution network.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Competencies (Education & Experience):

  • Minimum university degree
  • Relevant experience in sales or a related field
  • Basic to good proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and customer relationship management skills
  • Preferred age: 35 years
  • Work conditions: travel inside Yemen and to Saudi Arabia based on work need.
