About the Organization

ISFD works in collaboration with donors and local authorities to create impactful and sustainable solutions.
About the Project
The School Kitchens Project aims to provide healthy and nutritious meals to school students, targeting 7,000 male and female students in Sana’a and Al-Hodeidah Governorate. The project is funded by the World Food Program (WFP) and implemented under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, represented by the School Feeding and Humanitarian Relief Program (SFHRP).
This initiative seeks to improve students' nutritional intake, enhance their overall health, and foster a better learning environment by addressing food security challenges in schools.
Key Responsibilities | المهام الوظيفية
- Assisting in Planning and Organization | المساعدة في التخطيط والتنظيم:
- Support the Project Manager in preparing daily and monthly work plans and ensuring their efficient implementation.
- دعم مدير المشروع في إعداد خطط العمل اليومية والشهرية وضمان تنفيذها بكفاءة.
- Monitoring Field Activities | متابعة التنفيذ الميداني:
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure project activities are executed effectively and according to schedule.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الميدانية لضمان تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع بشكل فعال ووفقًا للخطط الزمنية.
- Preparing Reports | إعداد التقارير:
- Assist in drafting periodic reports on project progress and share them with the Project Manager.
- المساهمة في إعداد التقارير الدورية حول تقدم المشروع وتقديمها إلى مدير المشروع.
- Problem Solving | حل المشكلات:
- Help in addressing challenges faced during daily activities and propose suitable solutions.
- المساعدة في التعامل مع التحديات التي تواجه الأنشطة اليومية واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
- Activity Coordination | تنسيق الأنشطة:
- Facilitate coordination between different project departments to achieve set objectives.
- تسهيل التنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة للمشروع لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
- Administrative Support | الدعم الإداري:
- Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, preparing correspondence, and updating records.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري اليومي، بما في ذلك تنظيم الاجتماعات وإعداد المراسلات وتحديث السجلات.
- Budget Monitoring | متابعة الميزانية:
- Assist in monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to the allocated budget.

- Additional Tasks | مهام إضافية:
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or related fields, preferably in humanitarian or developmental organizations.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
