Job Title: ERPNext Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented ERPNext Developer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ERPNext to optimize business processes and meet company or client requirements. The role requires a deep understanding of ERPNext, its technical framework, and strong programming and business analysis skills.

Responsibilities:

1.    ERPNext Development and Customization:

• Design and implement modules and features based on client requirements.
• Customize forms, reports, and workflows to improve system efficiency.
• Create and modify databases, API endpoints, and interfaces.

2.    Client Requirements Analysis:

• Analyze and understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions within ERPNext.
• Provide technical consultation to optimize operations using ERPNext tools.

3.    System Lifecycle Management:

• Manage deployment processes and system maintenance.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure system integration with other tools and platforms used by the organization.

4.    Client Project Implementation:

• Proven experience in delivering customized ERPNext solutions for various clients and businesses.
• Ensure that systems are fully functional, meet all client requirements, and enhance their business processes.
• Deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

5.    User Support and Training:

• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Train staff and address queries related to ERPNext usage.

6.    Research and Development:

• Stay updated with the latest ERPNext technologies and contribute to developing innovative solutions.
• Continuously improve system performance in alignment with modern software standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1.    Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

2.    Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in ERPNext development and customization.
• Proficiency in programming languages used in ERPNext (Python and JavaScript).
• Familiarity with databases like MariaDB.
• Strong knowledge of the Frappe framework.
• Experience in UI/UX design principles.

3.    Previous Experience:

• Successfully executed ERPNext projects for clients and organizations. Has already worked or participated in development and customization of ERPNext to one or more institutions and learned from its application in an institution for at least one operational year. 
• Proven ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and ensure system functionality.

4.    General Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.

5.    Preferred:

• Experience in integrating ERPNext with other systems using APIs.
• Familiarity with various ERP systems and concepts.
• ERPNext or Frappe certifications (if any).
