IT Auditor Vacancy
Waleed Al-Harazi and his partner for auditing and consulting, which is one of the leading companies in Yemen in the field of auditing and consulting and a member of Geneva Group International (GGI), which is one of the world's leading companies and present in more than 120 countries around the world, announces its need to employ a full time IT auditor.
We are seeking a self-motivated, with excellent collaboration skills, and knowledge to perform different audit asks including data collection, control assessments, and executing testing during information technology audits.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The IT Auditor is expected to become consistently proficient in applying audit skills in a relatively short time frame.
- Performs IT audit work as assigned by management.
- The IT Auditor will assist in the performance of audits, specifically focusing on fieldwork and testing the internal control environment.
- The candidate should clearly demonstrate proficiency in evaluating and testing internal controls, assessing risks, and applying audit skills.
- The IT Auditor will complete audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings.
- The IT Auditor will develop and write up audit findings and make recommendations for review by the reported Manager.
- The IT Auditor will communicate audit progress and findings by preparing reports and providing information in meetings.
- Any other tasks assigned.
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’sor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber-Security, or Information Assurance with a strong academic background.
- Preferred to have a minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in IT audit or other related fields.
- Strong understanding and continuous updates in information systems, databases, information/cyber security, IT networks, and other fields.
- Expertise in the use of software programs such as Microsoft excel, word, and PowerPoint.
- The candidate must have strong communication skills (Arabic and English), both verbal and written.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.
- Must have a good rapport and Proficient communication skills with the team as well as management.

- Good Team spirit with the ability to provide accuracy and quality.
