Job Summary:
The Part-Time IT Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the IT infrastructure and digital assets of the Manasati 30 Foundation. This includes troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues, providing support and guidance to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the foundation's IT hardware, software, and network equipment, including Mikrotik switches
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff, addressing any computer, software, or connectivity problems
- Ensure the security and integrity of the foundation's digital assets, including data backups and cybersecurity measures
- Research and recommend new technologies, systems, or tools that could improve the foundation's operations
- Coordinate with logistics as needed to resolve complex IT issues
- Document IT processes and procedures for future reference
- Work closely with the foundation's management to align IT priorities with organizational goals
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and digital asset management
- Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting Mikrotik switch equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
