We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Flooring Estimator and Installation Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating flooring projects, coordinating with clients, and supervising our installation team to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, along with proficiency in AutoCAD software.

• Estimating: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for flooring projects based on client specifications, site visits, and material requirements.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and address any concerns or questions.
• Supervision: Oversee the installation team to ensure projects are executed according to specifications, safety standards, and within budget and timeline constraints.
• Team Management: Coordinate with installation team members, assign tasks, and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, including estimates, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the estimation or installation process.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, products, and installation techniques to continually improve processes and deliver exceptional service.

Skills

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating floor plans, layouts, and project drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to supervise and motivate the installation team.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret project specifications and requirements.
• Previous experience in flooring estimation, installation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
