Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering degree with min 6 years experience in building construction projects
- Experience in Building construction projects is a must preferably mid rise/high rise building projects in Dubai, UAE

Requirements:
- Ensure that the project mobilization effort is well-planned and monitored.
- Ensure that the project close out effort is well-planned and monitored.
- Effective control over quality records and quality documentation.
- Awareness and effective handling of client complaints (internal and external).
- Ensure the necessary control over measuring and monitoring devices used at site
- Awareness, identification, input, review, approval, implementation and control of ITPs and Method Statements. Inspection prior to inspection by the Client/Consultant (using checklists where relevant) and initiation of the relevant Inspection Requests.
- Effective and regular planning of the work in line with the Baseline/target programmes.
- Effective management and control of subcontractors.
- Effective and timely requisitioning for materials and services required.
- Other as per the workload

Salary: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
