In this role, you'll turn big ideas into clear, actionable steps, making sure tasks are assigned, tracked, and finished on time. If you're detail-oriented, love using project management tools like ClickUp, and understand how marketing channels like social media, email, ads, and creative come together, we'd love to connect with you.
What You'll Do:
- Translate marketing strategy into detailed task plans across departments (Social, Email, Ads, Creative).
- Manage task creation and updates in ClickUp, keeping deliverables organized and on track.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned department, monitoring task flow and ensuring accountability.
- Confirm execution of deliverables (email sends, posts, ad launches) by collecting screenshots, links, timestamps, or system confirmations.
- Monitor campaign calendars to align tasks with scheduled launches and deadlines.
- Conduct proactive daily follow-ups with teams to ensure deadlines are met and nothing is delayed without escalation.
- Identify and escalate blockers, timeline risks, missing assets, or team delays to the Project Manager immediately.
- Maintain working knowledge of campaign dates (email drops, post schedules, ad launches) and align tasks accordingly.
- Manage task flow and execution support through all campaign phases, without leading strategy shifts.
- Anticipate and communicate potential project risks early (ex: missing assets, delayed creative, bottlenecks)
- Maintain clear, professional, organized communication in Slack, ClickUp, and all documentation.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews before submitting deliverables for final approval.

- Understands how to manage timelines, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration remotely.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and thrives on keeping projects on track.
- Highly experienced in tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Communicates professionally and proactively-no micromanaging needed.
- Has a sharp eye for detail (grammar, file naming, creative alignment).
- Is confident in making consistent follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
