We're Hiring: Fine Dining Restaurant Manager (Asian Cuisine) – Lebanon -Gemayze

Position: Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining (Asian Concept)
Availability: Immediate
What You’ll Do:
-Oversee daily operations of a high-end Asian fine dining restaurant
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
-Ensure impeccable service standards and guest satisfaction
-Manage inventory, scheduling, and budgeting
-Work closely with chefs to uphold culinary excellence
-Drive team performance and maintain staff professionalism
*What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience in managing a fine dining restaurant (preferably Asian cuisine)
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Deep knowledge of hospitality operations and staff training
-Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are a plus
