  • General Administration & management of day to day operations of the hospital.
  • Human resources management, accomodation for employees, Insurance matters, quality improvement, planning & implementation of new projects. Frame & implement policy & procedures for the hospital. .

 

  • Manage day to day operations of the hospital.
  • Ensure patient services are run smoothly & without any problems.
  • Attend to patient feedbacks & complaints.
  • Business development & corporate affairs.

  • Liase with insurance & corporate companies for agreements, invoicing & payments.

    • Performance evaluation, disciplinary cases, promotion & employee motivation.
    • Any other matter assigned by the CEO, Executive Directors, VP (Operations) & Medical Director.


     

    • University Graduate.
    • Good English spoken & written, Arabic language advantageous/ desirable but not essential.
