• Lead the design and analysis of complex and innovative scaffolding and formwork solutions for a variety of construction projects

• Take ownership of the complete design process, from initial concept through to detailed drawings, calculations, and method statements.

• Conduct thorough site assessments and collaborate closely with project stakeholders to define project-specific requirements and constraints

• Oversee the preparation and review of detailed design drawings, calculations, material lists, and method statements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Review and approve shop drawings and calculations submitted by contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

• Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, material efficiency, and ease of installation and dismantling.

• Develop and implement internal design standards, procedures, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of the engineering designs.

• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure all designs adhere to stringent health, safety, and environmental regulations.
