Position Overview

One Sixty One Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finishing Site Engineer to oversee and execute high-end interior finishing works across residential and commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess superior technical knowledge, project coordination capabilities, and a deep understanding of interior construction standards to deliver exceptional quality finishes that align with the company’s premium design ethos.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and manage all on-site finishing works including gypsum, painting, flooring, joinery, and MEP final fix components.

Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, project timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of works.

Conduct quality inspections and snagging processes to ensure a defect-free handover.

Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and daily logs.

Proactively identify construction risks and propose corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to resolve on-site technical issues swiftly.
