Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager at Link Development. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with key clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, developing account strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. While this role is primarily located in Qesm El Maadi, there is flexibility for some remote work.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

 

 


Job RequirementsTotal Years Experience from 08-12 years Total .Microsoft Partner experience is preferred not a vendor experience.Software Development domain.Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive .Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experienceKnowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAn ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on timeBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitude
