• Shift Site Service Engineer is responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance.


• Minimizing downtime, set-up time through timely interventions for troubleshooting and repairing.


• Improving the automation system efficiency and effectiveness by supporting the implementation of improvements and repairing to maximize the Effectiveness.


• Ensures that the Automation solutions are working continuously at the established level of efficiency and effectiveness.


• Responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance.


• Plan, Assign & monitor the duties & tasks of the technicians on the site.


• Ensure the procedures of HSE are being implemented by the technicians on the site.


• Report any problem on the site.


• Assist in commissioning phase and validation during project implementation.


• Revise the spare parts equipment in storage area and report the status.


• Conduct Site Survey / Technical report.


• Provide feedback report to service manager on the performance of the Technicians, as input into their performance evaluations.


• Must be ready to work on a three-shift basis.
