1. Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.

2. Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.

3. Achieve sales targets set by the company.

4. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

5. Meet clients either in the office or outside (client's premises, developers' premises, project site, etc...).

6. Maintain and update listings of available properties.


Requirements:Proven Experience in Real Estate Brokerage IndustrySuccessful sales record.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.Responsible and ethical.Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices.Good Command of EnglishEffective communication skills.
