As our Talent Acquisition Advisor for Central Europe, you will shape hiring across the DACH region and the Nordics, partnering with R&amp;D, Commercial and Operations teams. Based in Heidelberg, you will operate at the intersection of innovation, business performance and people impact.</p><br><br><br>Your responsibilities <br><ul> <li>Lead the full recruitment cycle across R&amp;D, Commercial &amp; Operations in DACH &amp; Nordics, ensuring quality, speed and strategic alignment.</li> <li>Act as a trusted business partner to leaders, advising, challenging, and influencing hiring decisions through market insights.</li> <li>Develop sourcing strategies and build strong pipelines across assigned markets, attracting top passive talent.</li> <li>Deliver a premium candidate experience, ensuring transparent, human and engaging interactions at every stage.</li> <li>Support cross-regional TA initiatives including early career, employer branding</li> </ul><br><br>The experience we're looking for <br><ul> <li>Strong experience (5+ years)&nbsp; in end-to-end recruitment in international or matrix environments.</li> <li>Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Excellent sourcing capabilities and understanding of competitive markets.</li> <li>Fluent German (mandatory) and fluent English.</li> <li>Experience recruiting for R&amp;D, commercial or industrial functions is appreciated.</li> </ul><br><br>The skills for success <br><p>stakeholder management and influence, full-cycle recruitment expertise, advanced sourcing&amp; talent mapping, cross-cultural communication, team player, fluent in English and German, business partnership, data-driven decision making, sourcing, agility, problem-solving mindset, candidate experience excellence</p><br><br><br>What we offer <br>With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
