We’re seeking a versatile Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist to lead the creation of visually stunning designs and execute data-driven marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:  
Graphic Design:  
- - Design compelling visuals for digital and print media (e.g., social media graphics, websites, email campaigns, brochures, ads, and packaging).  
- - Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.  
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, product) to translate concepts into engaging designs.  
- - Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, adhering to deadlines.  
- - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software.  
Marketing:
- - Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, etc.).  
- - Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Ads Manager.  
- - Create persuasive marketing copy and content.
- - Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.  
- - Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities.  
Qualifications:
Required:  
- - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).  
- - 3–5 years of proven experience in graphic design and marketing.  
- - Portfolio showcasing expertise in digital/print design and marketing campaigns.  
- - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.  
- - Strong knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress).  
- - Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.  
- - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.  
- - Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or UX/UI design.
