Job Title: Software Project Manager (On-Site - Full Time)
Location: Sana’a, Yemen 

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and fully committed Software Project Manager to lead our development team and oversee the successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in computer programming, excellent English proficiency, and proven expertise in Agile methodologies.  

Key Responsibilities:

• - Plan, execute, and monitor software projects from inception to completion.  
• - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.  
• - Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to optimize team productivity.  
• - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.  
• - Act as a bridge between stakeholders, clients, and development teams.  
• - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.  
• - Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project phases.  

Requirements:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.  
• - Fluent in English (written and spoken).  
• - Full-time commitment (لا يُسمح بالعمل الجانبي أو المشاريع الخارجية).  
• - Proven experience in software project management and team leadership.  
• - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, etc.).  
• - Technical background in software development (coding, databases, APIs, etc.).  
• - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.  
• - Ability to work on-site in Sana’a  (Full-time).
