- Job: Field Coordination Supervisor
- Number Required: Four
- Location: Aden / Taiz Al-Shamayatayn/ Marib / Lahj.
- Contract Duration: Six months

Job Specialization:
Coordinate and supervise child protection response activities, ensure effective program implementation, and foster collaboration between different teams to achieve program goals.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Oversee the implementation of field activities related to child protection response.
- Ensure the achievement of defined objectives within the specified timeline.
- Coordinate activities with volunteer teams to ensure effective communication and integrated cooperation.
- Organize regular meetings with teams to discuss progress and challenges.
- Provide technical support and guidance to community volunteers, and ensure best practices are applied in programs.
- Provide ongoing training to the team to ensure the development of necessary skills.
- Collect data and information on field activities and their outcomes and analyze it to produce accurate reports.
- Prepare periodic reports outlining achievements, challenges, and appropriate recommendations.
- Provide suggestions for improving activities and services provided based on needs assessments.
- Oversee the organization of events and awareness-raising activities targeting children.
- Ensure that activities align with the overall program objectives.
- Address any problems or challenges faced by field teams in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide appropriate solutions to ensure the smooth continuation of work.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned to the incumbent upon request.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the same field.
Skills and Abilities:
1. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with girls and their families.
2. Organizational skills and the ability to work in a team.
3. Ability to work in diverse environments and with different challenges.
4. Ability to travel to local communities when needed.
5. Willingness to work in changing field conditions
