Our client, JisrHR, is a leading GCC HRTech company, is seeking a talented Data and Research Associate to be hired through our platform. 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM-Data Integrity and Research Associate to join our team. As a CRM-Data Integrity and Research Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer data, conducting research, and providing valuable insights to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities and markets.
• Maintain a database of research findings and sales data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales research.
• Work with external research agencies when necessary.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of research data.
• Participate in sales meetings and provide research-based recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all research activities.
• Keep CRM data up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales research or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in using research tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software and databases.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and developments.
