Sales Manager – Main Office – Sana’a 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales growth.

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities within the company. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the [FMCG].
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer needs.
  • Experience with FMCG products
