تبحث منظمة غير حكومية وغير ربحية تعمل في جميع أنحاء اليمن عن مرشح مناسب لشغل منصب " محلل/ة بيانات "

ملخص المهام:
محلل/ة البيانات هو الموظف/ة المسؤول على ادخال وترجمة وتحليل البيانات المختلفة باستخدام برامج معالجة البيانات المختلفة ومن ثم توفير احصائيات وتقارير للبيانات التي معالجتها.
المهام الرئيسية:
- • استقبال البيانات والعمل على ترجمتها.
- • ادخال البيانات الواردة الى قواعد البيانات، بحسب إجراءات العمل المتبعة.
- • المساهمة في تقديم الدعم الفني للوحدات المختلفة فيما يتعلق بالمعلومات والبيانات.
- • إعداد الاحصائيات المتعلقة بالبيانات المدخلة والتقارير الدورية.
- • العمل على مراجعة على ملفات الاكسل المتعلقة بالعمل واستكمال المعلومات الناقصة.
المؤهلات والخبرات والمهارات المطلوبة:
- • بكالوريوس نظم معلومات، علوم حاسوب، إحصاء، اللغة الإنجليزية (آداب & لغات)،او تخصص ذو علاقة.
- • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال مشابه.
- • معرفة كافية بمبادئ الرياضيات، والأرقام، والاحصائيات.
- • مهارات العمل على برامج الاوفيس، ومهارات عالية في استخدام الاكسل.
- • مهارات العمل على البرامج الإحصائية والتحليلية.
- • مهارات لغة انجليزية ممتازة.
- • مهارات الارشفة الالكترونية.

Task summary:
The data analyst is the employee responsible for entering, translating, and analyzing various data using various data processing programs and then providing statistics and reports for the data being processed.
Main Tasks:
- • Receiving data and working on translating it.
- • Entering the data received into the databases according to the applicable work procedures.
- • Contribute to providing technical support to the various units about information and data.
- • Preparation of statistics related to the entered data and periodic reports.
- • Review work-related Excel files and complete missing information.
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, English (literature & Linguistics) or a related major.
- • Experience of at least one year in a similar field.
- • Adequate knowledge of the principles of mathematics, numbers, and statistics.
- • Skills working on Office programs and high skills in using Excel.
- • Work skills in statistical and analytical programs.
- • Excellent English language skills.
- • Digital archiving skills.
