Job Description :-

• Position: Corporate/Commercial Lawyer.
• Job site: All Cities.
• Sector: Corporate/Commercial.
• Report to: Founder.
• Status: Full-time.

Main Responsibilities :-

• Advising on Yemen law corporate and commercial matters.
• Managing corporate compliance processes.
• Researching legal and practical aspects of operating in Yemen.
• Coordination with government offices.
• Managing files.
• Performing and coordinating research.
• Record control and coordination.
• Preparation of reports and correspondence.
• Drafting all types of documents.

Minimum Requirements :-

• Up-to-date Yemeni lawyer licence
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• At least three years’ experience in private practice
• Experience advising on corporate and commercial projects in English

Other requirements :-

• In-depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles.
• The ability to analyze legal documents and answer legal queries.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work to a tight schedule.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Filing and record management.
