Overview of the role:
Ensuring output of top quality work executed at maximum efficiency from the Workshop.
What you will do:
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with senior and subordinate staff for smooth operation of work shop floor.
- Quality: Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimising repeat jobs hence increasing total workshop efficiency.
- Training and Coaching: Provide moral support and occasional on-job assistance to build up confidence.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the shop floor.
- Ensure technicians wear clean specified uniforms
- Ensure technicians maintain good discipline (e.g. not shouting, smoking, wandering, littering etc.)
- Ensuring that equipment is working properly
- Ensuring proper use of tools and equipment ad safety gear.
- Ensuring workshop floor is free of hazards e.g. Oil, Parts, Hoses, Wires on the floor
- Ensuring staff (and customer) discipline, e.g. smoking on the shop floor, standing below the lift, not using wheel chocks etc.

About The Team:
The role will report to the Workshop Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment in Mussafah / Abu Dhabi.
What Equips You For The Role:
- Degree /Diploma in Automobile /Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 Years as technical /Supervisory levels in a reputed workshop.
