We're FPC Textiles, the subsidiary of the Saudi company contributing to the mother company FIPCO for packaging and filling.

We're looking for an all-rounder, exceptional, highly skilled & deeply expert trainer who really practically knows everything that's going on, in industrial quality programs & other top-related industrial programs to effectively train our employees on-site, at the factory in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia.  

» Duties and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs and materials related to industrial quality management and improvement & being generally responsible for delivering the required trainings for employees on various quality methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance a focused product(s) or service(s) quality, reduce defects, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- The trainings are mostly expected/recommended to be designed as interactive training sessions, and workshops, to deliver engaging and informative content tailored to the specific needs of different departments and teams within our organization.
- The role will involve teaching employees how to effectively utilize a variety of quality improvement tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis, and providing them with the guidance and support necessary to implement quality improvement initiatives and methodologies successfully. 
- This also includes ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of the training programs, by evaluating their impact through assessments, feedback sessions, and performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement and developing strategies to address them. 
- Maintaining detailed training records and documentation in accordance with the organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
 

»  Ideal Requirements:- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, quality management, or a related discipline. And/or A master's degree or professional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma).- Minimum 10+ years of experience in an exact or similar role such as industrial quality management trainer, quality assurance specialist, or quality engineer, in an industrial or manufacturing environment especially if in the textile industry.- DEEP Previous working experience as an employee or in a similar dedicated position in the industrial sector with strong experience in industrial training programs.- In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and statistical analysis. - Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks.- Strong presentation and facilitation skills and a proven ability in conducting engaging and interactive training sessions.- Proven experience & ability in analyzing data, identifying relevant trends, and drawing insights to effectively manage quality improvement initiatives.- Strong organizational & time management skills especially for developing training materials, managing training schedules, and handling other related natural administrative items.- Being a people person & having the ability to build relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and effectively engage employees in quality improvement efforts.& it's really vital for us that you already have many years of experience in this focused area.Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia and The Textile industry would be advantageous.Kindly mention in full detail if you already have previous experience(s) doing the same for factories or industrial companies especially if in The Textile Industry and if in Saudi Arabia, and we'd like to also know about the free & paid related training & Industrial Quality Management platforms, tools & software that you already used to, and which ones you already have premium access to, if any.Also, kindly note that you must have Arabic as one of your spoken languages and that there will be a featured test project for the shortlisted candidates as a part of the hiring process.This is expected to start at an estimated period of 3 - 6 months contract and may turn into a long-term venture for the right talent, and the selected trainer should be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia if not living there already.We hope you have a good idea of the requirements, and we would be happy to answer any further clarifying questions you may have.If you feel you are the talent that can confidently assist us at a cost-effective price, please get in touch.Looking forward to reviewing your good proposals,Thank You
