What You Will Be Doing with Arrow

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our customers post-sale, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions and services. You’ll build strong, trusted relationships, understand clients' goals and challenges, and proactively guide them through their journey with Arrow.


Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions, driving product engagement, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the sales team. You’ll also act as the customer’s voice internally—working closely with technical, sales, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance the overall experience. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.


What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a customer-focused and strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role—preferably within the tech or B2B environment. You should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to understand complex solutions, and the initiative to drive continuous improvement. Experience working with CRM tools and cross-functional teams is a plus.
