Marketing & Sales Associate Fitness Center at Kingdom Center

We are looking for a creative Marketing & Sales Associate to join our Fitness team, reporting to the Studio Manager. This role will serve as the link between the studio / Fitness Center and the marketing agency, while managing our social media presence and supporting community engagement.
Coordinate with the marketing agency to promote training programs and studio activities. Identify and leverage local events (festivals, sports games, conventions, community fitness events) for brand exposure. Participate in and prepare for in-studio and out-of-studio events. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.). Build and execute the social media calendar, post daily stories, reels, and engaging grid content. Call and follow up on leads from social media campaigns to convert them into trials. Support the full onboarding journey: intro messages, welcome calls, trial follow-ups, and membership conversion. Reach out to expired, paused, or dropped-off members to reactivate them. Keep records updated on CRM/MBO and provide clear communication on membership details.
