About the role We are a family-run boutique real estate company in Dubai, looking to expand our team with Dubai based agents focused on European and Balkan buyers & investors. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a serious extra income stream with the potential to grow into a long-term real estate career. You will have flexible working hours but clear targets, training, and accountability.
About us1: In the Dubai real estate market since 20122: Family-run, boutique company: agile, hands-on, no corporate circus3: Since 2021 we have been training agents and management for real estate companies and developers in Dubai (sales systems, scripts, client psychology, etc.) We combine real estate brokerage + professional training, so you don’t just “wing it”, you execute a proven playbook.
Key responsibilities1: Work with leads and clients from Europe and the Balkans interested in Dubai real estate2: Specialize in selected key communities (e.g. Dubai Hills, Al Barari, etc.) and position yourself as the “go-to” agent in your area3: Follow a structured daily action plan: calls, follow-ups, Whats App, lead nurturing, simple content activities4: Participate in intensive initial training (few days) and then weekly online meetings (or as needed)5: Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems/CRMs6: Collaborate with the team on campaigns, events, and European expansion initiatives (roadshows, webinars, etc.)

Ideal candidate profile1: Based in Dubai, with no restrictions on travelling to Europe2: Strong understanding of European culture and mindset (clients from Balkans / wider Europe)3: Excellent communication skills in English, additional European languages are a strong plus4: Comfortable using phone, Whats App, email, and basic online tools (we will train you on systems and CRMs)5: Available for:A few days of intensive onboarding training Weekly online meetings (and occasional additional sessions when needed)6: Proactive, reliable, and accountable, you can manage your own schedule but also hit targets7: Real estate experience is not required, mindset, discipline, and coachability are non-negotiable
